SAWING CAPABILITIES
Sawing capabilities range from thin wall light gauge tubing to a maximum diameter of 18.11". Our Kalamazoo band saws provide cutoff lengths repeatable within 0.005" and unmatched parallelizm. All products are fully deburred and packaged according to customer specifications. READ MORE

FABRICATION
Our welders are certified to AWS D1.1 standards ensuring no exceptions are made during the manufacturing process. We qualify our welders to processes like MIG and TIG welding which makes our fabrication service very versatile. In our fabrication area we do limits based on lifting capacities and space requirements. Please feel free to contact with regards to you project.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
We offer a variety of stocking, inventory, and vendor managed programs. Each program can be detailed to meet your needs. We can produce parts on demand or build inventory and release them upon scheduled deliveries. All products in our inventory system are certified compliant and traceable throughout all phases of manufacturing. Products in inventory can be plated, painted, coated, part numbered, or plain.
